2026 New Year Tribute In Honor of HRM Fon Doh Gah Nyamnyin III

Project Overview

In celebration of the 2026 New Year, the sons and daughters of Balikumbat came together in unity and love to honor our God-given leader, HRM Fon Doh Gah Nyamnyin III.

This initiative reflects our collective commitment to strengthening and supporting the Royal Institution through tangible contributions that enhance the comfort and dignity of the Palace.

The project stands as a symbol of loyalty, gratitude, and shared responsibility toward community advancement under the Fon’s visionary leadership.

Financial Summary

Total Funds Mobilized: 4,099,525 FCFA

Expenditures
    •    Royal Chair – 1,700,000 FCFA
    •    Two Tables – 150,000 FCFA
    •    Eight Royal Stools – 100,000 FCFA
    •    Wall Cupboard – 400,000 FCFA
    •    Ten-Seat Cream White Chair Set – 850,000 FCFA
    •    Seven-Seat Coffee Brown Chair Set – 750,000 FCFA
    •    Transportation (chairs & stools to up station) – 20,000 FCFA

Total Expenditure: 3,970,000 FCFA

Balance: 129,525 FCFA

An envelope of 100,000 FCFA was formally presented to HRM Fon during the tribute ceremony.

Net Remaining Balance: 29,525 FCFA

Project Status & Next Steps
    •    Some items (royal seats, tables, wall cupboard) are currently under completion.
    •    All receipts will be updated upon finalization.
    •    The remaining balance, together with pledged funds, will be used to transport all completed items to the Royal Palace in Balikumbat.
    •    A modest reception ceremony will be organized at the Palace for the official presentation in the presence of elders, notables, and the community.

Acknowledgement

All logistics for the tribute event, including food, drinks, generator/DJ services, canopy, tents, and other arrangements, were generously donated by selfless sons and daughters of Balikumbat who chose to remain anonymous.
