BADO is an apolitical Non Governmental Development Organization created in the year 1999 regrouping all sons and daughters of Balikumbat extractions to put hands together to enhance the social and economic development of Balikumbat towards becoming an emerging city in diversity.

Everybody from this village is called on to register in this association and participate in all actions geared towards the development of Balikumbat through its projects and programmes such as Water & sanitation, health, education, sustainable agriculture, roads, electricity extension, culture and tradition.

It is the umbrella organization to belong and to be part of the dynamism of community growth and development endeavours.
